The service was amazing. the breakfast was perfect and complete with fruit and nice cappuccino. - All of the staff was outstandingly accommodating, pleasant, and attentive to guests. - the location was particularly good, a short way from Gili Trawangan Turtle Hatchery.

The staff were totally the best ever with excellent communication skills, energetic, characters of note and were available for every whim. So willing to please and ensure that our stay was good.... and also that we should return.

The very low water pressure. A shower was not the absolute pleasure it should be, with trickly water. T There appears to be a power overload on the island, at the moment, and establishments, such as Bale Sampan, who are without their own generator, have frequent power-outages.

The breakfast offers a good selection of food. the location is great, just 500 meters from the harbor, beautiful beach, and vibrant night market, clubs. - Eka Bar & Resto is a fantastic place for drinks, only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Everything was amazing, this hotel had amiable staff and magnificent location. Location: the venue was really close to far enought from all the noise, the 3 beautiful Gili Islands and the restaurants, night market and bars. It also was in a quiet area.

The staff are amazing and so friendly and the perfect location with the beach just accross the small road with sorkelling straight off the beach. Far enough away from the bars to be peaceful at night but only a short 5 minute walk home after a big night.

The place has a great location, it's near the Turtle Hatchery on the island.

The rooms were all good sized and air-conditioned with cute outside bathrooms, colourful flowers plus great air con.

Their staff were very rude.

The location was great, right by the beautiful beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Close to the nightlife, but not so close that you would hear any noise or are in the thick of it. The staff were lovely - always friendly, chatty and accommodating. They helped to arrange day trips, bike and snorkel hire.

The views of the beach were particularly nice. the staff were super-friendly every time I needed help. - It had a lovely and stunning location with access to Gili Islands nearby. - Had a very relaxing stay on holidays.
